Brothers, Troy and his family are in need of prayers. Troy had to have emergency surgery on his intestines. He may have to be in the hospital for up to a week. Please for Troy and his family, for peace and healing. When I find out more info I will pass it on to you. When he is up for having visitors I will let you know that as well.
Healing Prayer for a Sick Brother Knight
Heavenly Father,
the Divine Physician and source of all life,
we humbly come before You in faith and brotherhood.
We lift up to You our brother Knight
who is now burdened by illness and weakness.
Lay Your healing hand upon him, O Lord.
Restore his strength, renew his body,
and grant him peace of mind and heart.
Lord Jesus, You walked among the sick
and healed them with compassion and love.
Be close to our brother in his suffering.
Ease his pain, calm his fears,
and fill him with hope and trust in Your mercy.
Send forth Your Holy Spirit
to guide the doctors, nurses, and caregivers,
that they may be instruments of Your healing grace.
Through the intercession of
Blessed Michael McGivney,
founder of the Knights of Columbus,
may our brother feel the support of our fraternity
and the comfort of Your abiding presence.
Grant strength also to his family and loved ones.
May they find courage, patience, and peace
as they accompany him through this time.
We entrust everything to You, Lord,
for You are our refuge and our healer.
May Your holy will be done in all things.
We ask this through Christ our Lord.
