Help Wanted with college Fish Fry 31 Mar

Below is a message from our Worthy District Deputy, David Kandlbinder:

Brother Knights, 

The college council has asked me DD to send a "sign up link" out to see if any of your councils or council members would be willing to help them out with their fish fry this Friday, March 31 at the College Campus Ministry located at 847 S. Holland Ave, Springfield, Mo. 65806.

You all are heroes to the college council and they think of you all as professional fish fryers. I know they would greatly appreciate the help. 

I will be there to help out. 

If you are not able to help out, just come by and enjoy a delicious meal. 

Thank you all for helping them spread the word.

Friday Night Lenten Fish Fry March 25th

Brothers,

Tomorrow is our last fish fry until October.  If you are available to help, please be at the parish hall by 2:30.   Also, please bring a dessert if possible.  This is a busy weekend with the fish fry on Friday.  Saturday,  John Tieskotter is requesting help with a wheelchair ramp and for some of us we will be attending Marian Days in Carthage.  Hopefully, we will have Roger Fleeman's exemplification on Sunday, April 2 after mass.Take care and see you soon.

A special thanks

Brothers,

On behalf of myself and Tracy, we want to thank you for your prayers.  My wife has had her gallbladder removed.  It was something unexpected as she was traveling home from Wisconsin.  Also, thank you to Jerry Nehl, William Arehart and Matt Wingo in helping prepare and serve food to those who participated in the parish retreat.  It was just prior to serving that I received a call that Tracy was heading to Mercy emergency room in Lebanon, MO.  Once again, thank you for your prayers for a speedy and healthy recovery.

Wheelchair Ramp Build Saturday March 25th

Dear brothers,

John Tieskotter wanted me to pass the following information.

Would you send out an email asking our Knights to come help me build a 5' X 5' deck and a 15' ramp going east towards Edith Ridges drive. Edith Ridge is Jerry Arterberry's Mother. We will meet Saturday 25 March 2023 at about 9 AM at 813 E McVay St Marshfield MO. Thank you in advance for any and all help with the deck/ramp for Edith Ridge.
