If you are traveling over Memorial Weekend, please travel safely.

O God, help us to be worthy. Gracious God, On this Memorial Day, we pray for those who courageously laid down their lives for the cause of freedom. May the examples of their sacrifice inspire in us the selfless love of Your Son, our Lord Jesus Christ.   Amen

Dear Heavenly Father,
Our friend, Don and Daisy who are ill, we pray that You will comfort and ease their suffering.  We beg for deliverance, and submit that no healing is too hard if it be your will.  We therefore pray that You bless Don and Daisy with Your loving care, renew their strength, and heal what ails them.  We ask this in Your loving name, our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Amen.

Have a good evening, brothers!

YBiC,

Gary

Jack Crosby Funeral==Family Thanks

Dear Knights,

The Cosby family would like to extend their thanks to the Knights who were able to take part in Jack's funeral.  It was good to hear new and old stories of our beloved brother Knight, Jack.  I personally want to say thank you to everyone who played a part in the last two days, it would have not come together without the unity of our council.  Again, thank you and thank you to all who have supported the family through your prayers.

After Saturday evening mass, we will have an exemplification for Chuck Adams.   If you can attend mass and stay after to witness Chuck taking his 1st-3rd degree, I am sure he would appreciate your gesture of fraternity.  By the way, this exemplification is not only for Chuck, but also for anyone who is a 1st or 2nd degree Knight.  If you are a 1st or 2nd degree Knight and would like to take part in this exemplification, please notify me ASAP.

Last note, please pray for Richard Holland and his ongoing healing and for Bob Schultheis who is in the hospital.

Once again, thank you brother Knights for your support!

Peace be with you,

Gary
