I was informed by Russell that Mary Oakes funeral is this Saturday at 11:00AM in Conway, Sacred Heart.  Her husband was a 4^th degree night so if you could please attend.   Also there will be a Rosary on Friday evening at 6:30pm.

Matt Sharp Prayers needed///Update///

Just wanted to say thank you to all my brothers for your prayers and support. 

It was an interesting couple of days. On Wednesday I developed chest pain and was taken by ambulance to the hospital. The team was waiting and whisked me to the Cath Lab. When I arrived I went into ventricular fibrillation (cardiac arrest). 

 Pro Tip, if you're going to have a cardiac arrest wait till you're hooked up to the defibrillator and have an experienced team around you. 

 They were able to perform CPR and shock me back to a better rhythm. 

They used a balloon to open the artery which was the location of a previous Stent (2011).

The cardiologist was fairly certain that it would not last and that I would need open heart surgery on Sunday or Monday.  

However,  they performed another cath yesterday and everything was completely clear. 

God is good and I truly felt his grace from start to finish. See you all soon.

Saturday April 20th

Brother, Knights I got some great news yesterday from Matt's wife Diane.  This is from her.

Matt had a repeat cath. Clot dissolved, no surgery needed...home tomorrow.

She said to thank you all for your prayers. I ask that we continue to raise Matt up in your prayers as he recovers. Praise the Lord for he is good.

I just recieved a text from Matt Sharp's wife Diane, he is in need of great need of prayers. Those of you who's wives are in the PCCW or are part of prayer chains please send this out to those groups. 

Hi Will, this is Diane Sharp.

Matt is in the hospital. He had an emergency catheterization of his heart as he had a heart attack today. The procedure was successful; however, he has a rough road ahead and not out of the woods, per the doctor. We are requesting prayers. Thank you so much.

Console our anxious hearts and grant that our physical and emotional sufferings be a source of purification and growth for eternal life. Amen.

Don Broyles is in need of extra prayers

Brother Knights, Don Broyles is in need of extra prayers as he is in the hospital. Don's wife, Chris, contacted Deacon Mike today asking for prayers. Below is the message that he received.

Hi Mike, I’m sorry to bother you. I was hoping to get some prayers generated for Don. He is once again in the hospital. He is currently in the ER and will be placed in ICU soon. Don became sickly yesterday with vomiting and no urine output. The ER Dr said that Don’s kidneys are in distress with very high potassium levels. If they cannot get the potassium levels down and some urine output he may be placed on dialysis short term. He will be at Mercy for several days, possibly a week. I appreciate any and all prayers said for Don. Thank you very much!

Help Wanted....

Matt Wingo told me last night he could help me next Saturday 30 March 2024 about 0900 at Freda Crates 244 Ginger Rd Marshfield, MO. Freda was the owner of Mom's kitchen across from library in Marshfield. Freda needs the windows removed washed, caulked, and put back on with new screws on her mobile home. Freda needs expandable foam put under the metal above the front door and the back door. i talked to Dan Coleman about removing a hickory tree next to her shed. There is conduit underground coming apart that needs to be covered up after repairing the conduit. Thank you in advance for all and any help!!!

Passing of Russel's Mother

Carmelita received a call this morning from Gina Rouse, Russell's wife, that Russell and Les  mother has died. there won't be any service just a cremation. Please keep Russell and Les and their families in your prayers as the Good Lord carries and heals them through the grief and pain.

    Les Rouse is coming home today so Russell and Raquel, Les 's daughter, with help with physical therapy and Les needs at home until he is better. May the Good Lord continue to bless us each day as we do the good deeds that he has given to us. Thank you in advance for any and all prayers needed by the families. God Bless!!!!

Services and Pallbearers needed for Rose Cohen

Hello,

 

Rose Cohen has passed away and her funeral is at 10AM on Saturday at our church.  The Knights were asked to be Pallbearers.  Right after service grave site service at Marshfield cemetery.

 

I need volunteers?  Please let me know ASAP if you are available and willing?

 

My understanding is the step-dad is a Knight.

Rosaleen Marie Stoeber-Cohen, Marshfield, was born April 3, 1964, to Michael and Myrl (Hallick) Stoeber in Riverside, California. She departed this life March 5, 2024, in Cox South, Springfield, at the age of 59 years.

Rosaleen loved to travel, and she enjoyed dancing. She loved her cats very much.

She is survived by her father, Michael Stoeber (Barbara) of Discovery Bay, California; her mother, Myrl Jean Edgar (Ronald Joseph Edgar) of Marshfield; her siblings, Steven Stoeber (Patricia), William Stoeber (Renae), and Richard David Stoeber (Tara).

Funeral Mass will be Saturday, March 9, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. in Holy Trinity Catholic Church. Interment will be in Marshfield Cemetery under the direction of Fraker Funeral Home, Inc., Marshfield, MO.

Rosary services will be Friday, March 8, 2024, from 4:00 – 5:00 p.m. in Fraker Funeral Home, Inc. Marshfield, Missouri.

Brenden needs ride to Mass on Sunday

I received a call from Matt Wingo.  His step-father is having heart surgery this weekend. Please pray for him and his family.
