Monday thru Wednesday we usually need help unload the pod & the shed & put stuff in the hall. These are days when donations are brought by. Sometimes someone has some furniture to donate that we need a couple guys to go get.
Thursday thru Saturday we could use a guy or two to help load purchases or deliver purchases. We usually have Leo Cologna, Jr. & Bob Schultheis helping.
Saturday at noon is the big clean up day. Everything boxed up to go to food pantry thrift store. One of the pantry volunteers brings a flat bed to load the left overs onto.
This is when all the tables are put back & chairs brought out & the hall set up back the normal way it is now.
Thank you and any help at any time will be much appreciated. Enjoy the rest of the weekend,

Hurricane Relief
Dear Brother Knight
Hurricane Ian has roared across the Florida Peninsula, and while it may be weeks until we can truly assess its destructive impact, the need to respond is becoming quickly clear.
In recent days, both hurricanes Ian and Fiona have altered lives and battered communities. From Puerto Rico and the Dominican Republic to the Eastern provinces of Canada, and now Florida and the southeast United States – disaster is widespread. Fiona has been referred to as one of the worst storms to hit the Canadian eastern provinces in modern history. Hurricane Ian is making history as one of the strongest storms to impact Florida and the southeast United States.
Our brother Knights, their families, and communities have been greatly impacted. At the same time, these very Knights have sprung into action, serving those around them.
As Knights of Columbus, we continually respond to the call of those in need – whether it be for persecuted Christians, for our brothers in Ukraine, or for the unborn child and their mother. Now must be no different. Please DONATE NOW to our Knights of Columbus Charities Disaster Relief Fund. 100% of your support will go directly to those impacted by natural disasters.
Please stand with me and make a gift today.

Thank you for your generosity!

Special Event notice
We have an opportunity to see Dr. Edward Sri. He is a great speaker from the Augustine Institute. You might recognize the name from the Lighthouse Catholic Media CD’s.
This event is free to participants because of the generous support of the Knights of Columbus through our RIB donations. There are still many opening available. Please come join me this Saturday, September 24 at Holy Trinity, Springfield.
You can register using the QR Code or going to www.dioscg.org/ec-events
Thanks,
Deacon Mike
Also, I want to thank all Knights who made our 30th Anniversary a success. It was great to see family and friends in celebrating our fraternal order's founding charter of 30 years. Thank you Jerry Nehl for supplying the meat and explaining the history of Trinity Council. Thank you David Kandlbinder in presenting the Star Council Award to our former Grand Knight, Mike Weigand. Mike Weigand, great job in explaining the strength of our council is the service to our community! Also, I would like to thank Laura Vinehout for her assistance in setting up the hall. Finally, Trinity Council, here's to our next 30 years and may they be fruitful and bountiful in the eyes of our Lord, Jesus Christ.
YBiC,
Gary
